Rose Bellevue is a seventeen year old Political Science major with a GPA of 4.0, flawless good-girl reputation, incredibly uptight parents and had her life figured out. But when she met the new arrogant, compulsive yet attractive professor James Legrand who instead of giving her written exams gives her practical realistic adventures and shows her the eerie but exciting aspects in life she has never experienced before. She starts to question herself if she’s really figured things out.

But James is incapable of expressing himself, what he feels, or if he ever have feelings for Rose. The uncertainty and indecisiveness of James, and with Rose’s friend discovering their secret relationship, Rose was compelled to leave with or without James to fulfill the ‘road trip to anywhere’.
Thousands of miles away from home with people she hardly knew, waking up in different towns every day, and exhilarating and untried adventures before her, Rose will finally be tasting freedom.
