She also has a Dissociative identity disorder (DID) which allows her to battle with her good side and bad side.... What happens in the book... Ren has to leave for a shoot of his new album and Kay who has cardiovascular disease, (RAD) and (DID) she has to struggle while he is away. She is left with Conner at this point but this was probably a bad idea for Ren to leave her behind... Kay will be seen by the world of Ren but it did not go as well as Ren thought because half of the people are Jealous of her. They also don't know she has problems with her health so Ren helps out..
