Every small town has there secrets. And Eastwood's is the Shadowing, where twenty chosen sixteen-year-olds are put into an all night event where two unlucky souls are chosen to become shadows and leave this world forever. When Nova is thrown into the world of being a shadow there is only one problem .... She hasn't turning sixteen yet. Ordered by the mayor to carry on a normal life is a bit more challenging than expected because she has been given all of a shadows gut wrenching powers which leaves her life in pieces. And like every small town, every human being has there secrets but it just depends on the person who's keeping it.
