'Save Me' is a sad Septiplier story where Jack is severely bullied at school, which slowly leads him to self harm. Until one day, his old friend from primary comes to his house to say Hello, but catches him red handed self harming. Jack can't take the emotions which hit him, and he breaks down in tears. He explains what's going on, and Mark is shocked.
