My doctor says that I don't stay alseep because I think to much, he says I care about other people's problems more than mine. My mind races as I try and sleep, I wake up in the middle of the nights wondering if someone is ok because of what happened a month ago or if I did my homework. It's kind of funny how I only have these thoughts when I'm trying to sleep so I decided to type them up and see what happens.

My restless mind doesn't stop to think about things before suggesting them to me, pushing my hopes up. I often have debates with myself inside my head. Good thing nobody else hears it though, otherwise I'm certain I'd get some weird stares. My mind continues to argue with me, but really, I'm just arguing with myself. Maybe he likes you. He doesn't. What about the kiss? A dare, nothing more. You love him. Sure I do, but why would he love someone like me? Do I love him? That's a good question... Wait, why am I even thinking about this stuff? This is just me talking to myself, just me shooting possibilities out there, hopes and dreams that most certainly won't come true. I have sanity to realize this, but unfortunately, the other side of me thinks otherwise. You liked kissing him. STOP IT, STOP IT, STOP IT!!! My heart races just at the thought. I did like kissing him. But it was only a dare. Stop reminding me about it, for god's sake! Maybe he liked it too. Probably not. Maybe he's thinking about you right now, as you are him. Ha! If only! Waking up is always hard. Always. But waking up in a hospital bed, next to a scarily happy bloke who seems to be the smartest man alive, even though he's a patient himself, is even harder. And then getting taken to the moon, threatened by rhino policemen and nearly getting killed by an old lady who drank blood through a straw? Well. It's a good thing that my life got a lot weirder after that, especially when you can't tell the difference between then and now, while travelling through time. I'm Lillian-Bethany Reacher, Professor of just about everything, ex teacher, fired for disagreeing with the curriculum, and now suffering with Temporal Detachment, where you don't feel the passing of time, or understand the concept. Whether he left me to save himself-like the ignorant man (alien) he is-or to protect me I will never understand. Of course i still miss him. The old him. Sometimes i think, maybe he misses me too. I often question the possibilities: Why? Did he realize how dangerous I was becoming? Was he scared me because I was becoming too powerful?
