Meet Annabelle Michelle Jones, the 17 year old popular girl who never fully fit in with her crowd. She's popular for her looks and wealth, but other than that she's a straight A student who would rather spend the weekend reading a good book and studying than partying and drinking her life away. She has three close friends Two of which she goes to school with, the other a cousin, two years older than her. She is a singer, like her brother, but no one but her closest friends and family know due to stage fright. Close friends Chrissa and Chanel along with cousin Taylor, help guide her final year of high school and plan out her future. But do things ever go as planned?

Now, meet Daniel Michael Pratt, resident bad boy, named after his mother who was named after his father. He's the school player who's never really cared how he ends up, he uses girls for the fun of the game. Until, a fiery little nerd catches his eye, they've been neighbors for years and he brother is his best friend, who is also engaged to her cousin. Can he real in the little spitfire or will she have him running all over the place trying to replace his dignity?
