A Drop in the Ocean

I am Blossom, a young cat, born and raised in a loving, caring home. I had everything, a soft bed to sleep on, a cozy fireplace, soft food, milk, what more could a cat want? Up until today. Today I awoke to an empty house. No owner. No food. No fire. I waited hours, days, even. Yet my owner was not back. I finally realized he was not coming back. I was forced to leave the comfort of my own home, despite the terrible feeling I got from looking into the forest.
