The picture showed Harry smiling widely (with a fucking dimple) at the camera, his glossy brown curls situated artfully around his shoulders. Louis couldn't see his whole outfit, but it seemed to consist of a pink, floral button-up with most of the buttons undone. Louis could also detect the dark outlines of tattoos on his chest, although he couldn't quite make out what they were underneath the shirt. What he could make out was that his own heartrate seemed to have picked up significantly. Shit. This was so not good. Not only had Louis drunkenly sent messages in a deliberate attempt to interact with this man, he was now insanely attracted to him without ever having met him in person. It hit me like a lightning bolt
"Want to go back inside?" Louis asks him. No, Harry doesn't. He wants Louis to take his hand and pull him out of here. Maybe to his used, run-down car, where they would get inside and start driving to some unknown destination. Go nowhere and at the same time everywhere, with the windows rolled down and music drifting through the air, getting entangled in their wind-ruffled hair. And then they would kiss and it would feel like freedom and childhood and growing up and shared memories and everything that is sweet in the world. Or Louis would stop the car, hold out his hand with a smile, and ask, "Hey, Hazza. Wanna dance with me?" In his imagination, Harry takes his hand, palm against palm, fingers slotting into place like puzzle pieces. The thought of dancing with Louis sends an ache through his chest. But instead, he just gives Louis, his Lou, a small smile and says, "Yeah, sure. Or the one in which Harry realises he is in love with his best friend which might just destroy (and possibly save) everything.Complete

Harry and Louis never had secrets, they never kept anything hidden form each other. That's always how it's been. That's what Louis thought, at least. Harry knew something different. After a concert, a signing, being out with the boys, or just everyday really, he into the bathroom, locking the door and repeating his everyday cycle. He cut, anywhere he'd like. Mostly his arms. Then, he'd force himself to throw up any meal or snack he had that day. He would swallow two pain killers, that he saved for the night he couldn't take life anymore, to make him feel numb. He comes home one night, crying to Louis and spilling everything to him. After that, so many things happen in those small hours; the small hour that will change everybody's lives, whether it be good or bad. In the end, it doesn't matter how someone acts, it's their heart that really matters.Complete
Love sickness
Every year there's a big test well I wouldn't call it a test more like a cheek up, every doctor comes to see if your sick. Not sick with a cold, but sick like in love. Why do we love people? Why do we fall in love? Why would we fall in love if there's a 50/50 chance of not being loved back? Well the answer is because it's the way we live, the way we survive, but what if that was all taken away from us? We couldn't love, like, anything, we had to hide our feelings inside us no matter how hard it was.
