Ever wondered what goes through the Skam characters' minds? Read the intertwined stories of the students of the Hartvig Nissen School from their different points of view and live their most important moments from inside their heads.
This story is based off the Norwegian TV show "Skam". All characters are taken from the show, although most of the events that take place in the fanfiction are invented by the author.

Cuts and Coffee - Isak Valtersen
This story is about Isak Valtersen, who is a second year at the Hartvig Nissen Skole. He struggles with a lot of problems, including self-harm and suicidal thoughts. He feels like everything around him is fake and he feels trapped, like in a non-existent world. In order to hold on to reality, Isak cuts himself on a daily basis - always afraid that he's just an illusion that will disappear if he doesn't cut. To get a break from everything, Isak goes to a coffee shop once a week. He usually drinks a Cappuccino there and then leaves. But one day, a new barista delivers him his coffee. And said barista catches Isak's attention. Will Isak ever talk to that new barista? You will have to find that out for yourself!
