I hate when people talk about those cheesy love stories that didn't have any twists or turns and everyone lived happily ever after the end, blah blah blah. No action, and no drama. So cliché. It's boring to hear about. And it's not the truth. The truth is, love hurts. Love hurts a lot. My name is Alex Brooklyn, and I'm a twenty-one year old lesbian. I'm in love with the love with someone I never thought I'd be. It wasn't easy, but it sure as hell was worth it. (Cover photo is not mine, credits go to whoever legally owns it)

Ever since I was a child, I thought that I was jealous of other girls. I hated their sparkly eyes, their soft hair and how their giggles sounded like the sweetest of love songs as it escaped their plump lips. However, as time went on, I realised that I actually wasn't jealous of other girls. I didn't hate them either. I loved girls, actually... Except for Reese Miller. I hated her.
