The Joker had never thought that there would come a day in which his 'Queen' was permanently removed from his life. However, when the day finally came that a 'Job' was just too overwhelming for his Harley, he lost his girl.
Unable to cope with his confusing feelings of hurt, Joker does what he believes to be the best idea.
Simply find a new and improved Harley.
