She knew that he wasn't dead and decided to find him, even if it took her entire lifetime, and was taken to a lair by doctors from the military. She was now had special abilities and was classified as a defender of Earth and she could finally find her friend. When fighting an alien army she found Patrick, she didn't realize that he had the same powers as her. Here's their story.
