The seven famous boys had an accident. They were all saved by all sorts of support by ARMY's (the group's fandom). But, that didn't mean that they fully recovered. They were still in coma.
In order for them to fully recover is to wake up.

This is all a lie, a game, an imagination, a dream. Spade you were never real in their world, But each of the boys wish that you are there beside them when they wake up.
They wish to never wake up if you're not there, with them. What can they do? No one knows. Its either they die in their world which means that they'll never return to their family, friends, money, fame, and fans. Or, They leave Spade and each time that one of them leave that dream land they were in, Spade's 8 live span decreases.
