Heaven and Hell have only one thing in common; they both have an Angel of Death.
Humans call this being the Grimm Reaper.
Now when ever the Reaper was appointed to his/her hellish office he/she would split his/her soul into seven beings. (this includes demons in hell , demons on earth, and humans). Every century the Grimm Reaper would "retire" and Hell would have to appoint a new one, before people would start living forever.
Now normally, the reaper would pick their successors from where he/she hid his/her soul.
Normally.
But this wasn't a normal situation.
The Grimm Reaper is dead. Killed by God knows what.
Hell must find a replacement soon or else they will have trouble with heaven.
Problem is, they have no idea where the reaper hid the pieces of his/her soul.
So, they came up with the demonic faction called, "The observers", these creatures would scope around hell and the earth trying to see if they could detect at least 21 beings that seemed to have the power of Death in them.
When hell has found its candidates, they are sent an invitation stating, "You've been summoned."

Amber Freeman was a child of two cannibals who broke away from society before their secret hunger was found out. She hates it. Hates how she was raised. Hates her parents. So, she killed them in cold blood, lived off what they taught her. Eventually, she left the cabin. She hiked down the mountain for two days, having grown used to the environment. Eventually, it was found by some hikers. To them, she was just a little girl in the Mountain Range whose parents had been attacked and killed by a bear. Her parents made this little lie easier since they had made it known that they were moving to the mountains. The one thing she'll ever thank them for. She bounced around in orphanages, up until she was 10, when she was officially adopted by a film director named Roman Bridger. Roman was an older guy, being in his late 40s at the time, but he took good care of her. He lived around the Hollywood area, so Amber did too. The old man picked up on her cannibalistic behavior pretty fast, so he helped her. It wasn't hard. All he did was let her kill a few evil people in the Hollywood business who no one would miss. Eventually, they had to move. They ended up in Woodsboro. Roman still worked as a director, which allowed Amber to attend the nearby school as she grew up. She met people, new friends, and somehow that was enough to keep her instincts at bay. Tara Carpenter. Short, sweet, and the person who brings Amber's instincts to a heavier pace. Amber falls in love. The first time she's ever felt love. Real, genuine love. She craves more. Of Tara. Then she discovers something called Ghostface. A serial masked killer. This is a Zombie Apocalypse AU. ______________________________________ Tara Carpenter loved Amber Freeman. Amber Freeman loved Tara Carpenter. They were childhood best friends, practically attached at the hip. Then, in late 2015, when they were 11, Amber went missing. Everyone looked practically everywhere they could think of, but Amber was never seen again. Her parents didn't seem to care, however. Four years later, in 2019, the apocalypse occurred around what would have been Amber's sophomore year of high school. She would have been 15, just like Tara and most of the others their age. It's now 2023, meaning it's been four years since the apocalypse started and almost a decade since Amber disappeared. The world isn't exactly "safe" anymore; it never truly was, anyway. There are still survivors here and there, but not many, as around a third of humanity has fallen (either killed or turned, usually both). The government, despite its best attempts to control what had happened, fell as well. It was long overdue. Amber is very much "alive". When she went "missing", it turned out her parents had sold her to a lab, and she was turned, in a way. Given that she seems mostly turned, she can easily appear to be completely gone, but she's not. She's still in there. However, it's hard to speak for her due to the infection in her veins, but she's for the most part okay. She wanders around now, often with hordes of fully turned zombies, traveling the devastated world. She has been almost everywhere, in terms of cities and locations. Eventually, she stumbles upon Woodsboro again and finds a few people she thought she'd never see again. And maybe, just maybe, they can help her become human again.Complete
