Rina has been adopted and imprisoned by a organization called "The Enforcers" and has been raised to believe she is only a tool, helping them by using her powers.
then one day, she is rescued by a opposing organization called "the rebels."
Raymond, who helped save her from the enforcers is now the only one Rina trusts.
Can Ray convince her that she is more then a tool and show her what its like to really live and be free?
And What will the Enforcers do about Rina being taken from them?
