this story takes place before our first story the lengends of arrow it's about how sara deals with her twins death and the death of her boyfriend and finds her way in central city as a criminal and maybe just maybe fall in love with none other than captain cold. But maybe there so much too there background maybe theres a reason why there so close why there love is so strong so powerful maybe just maybe they can be heroes in there own way.
