Ke Ahi

Alaula mourns. It takes up most of her daily routine. But one day, a sleeping cell in her blood awakens and causes her body to change forever - but will it be for the better, or the worse? Will Alaula accept it? And, most importantly, can Alaula find herself?

This was based off of a science project where I had to write a story about an enhanced character with the powers of 1 element, so feel free to Google anything for help, or just ask in the comments!
