Elijah Buchanan is a shy Catholic boy, plays kicker for his school football team, and keeps his head out of the way. Albeit being a quiet, altruistic teenager, he suffers self esteem issues, especially with the passing of his younger brother, and how his parents never did quite meet his eyes after he came out. When his path collides with Leomaris Radcliffe, the out and proud quirk of the swimming team, his life seems to take a U-turn, and his privacy is not-so-elusively invaded.
