Instead of traveling back in time, they travel forward, freezing it in the process. Inside this future, there are helpless creatures trying to stay safe from the evil tyrants. Alex, Cora and Rose must find a way out of this horrible world, but they first have to set out on a mission to save the world that their new friends live in.

This takes place well after the Silent Veil, at the end of ACT 1 for the overarching plot.
