A Beautiful Lie

The eldest daughter of a high noble family, Adilya Castain lives a seemingly perfect life. That life is ruined, however, when her entire family is murdered in an undermined political plot unbeknownst to her. The only remaining Castain alive and being furiously hunted by an unknown enemy, Adilya flees for her life in hopes of finding out who did this and why. Along her flight, she meets two unexpected allies: Brendan, a former knight who claims to have been framed for murder, and Miranda, a care-free, mysterious mage with deep secrets. Together, the three must survive while seeking the answers to their dilemmas, which are tied together in more ways than they can imagine.
