They gave up Grayson for adoption and kept Ethan to live a 'perfect life' with a daughter and a son. Ethan grew up and ended up becoming famous on YouTube and Vine, drawing in a bunch of attention to his family, which his parents loved and craved. Grayson ended up living in an abusive orphanage, but manages to escape after 15 years. What happens when the two of them some how end up at the same hotel together, not knowing of each others existence?
