The novel starts as Imperial troops land on the Chatham Islands a small settlement 680km southeast of the New Zealand mainland it signals the start of a new world war with the United American Empire against the United Nations. Leading to the takeover of the small outpost, the UAE had annexed Central and South America all in the name of securing the Empire against immigration, drugs and native population violence. With nowhere else to go it was a choice between crossing the South Atlantic into Africa or west across the Pacific into New Zealand. With UNDF forces left in Africa after the combined Imperial and UN War of the Warlords it was a harder nut to crack. So it was a matter of time when the cold war between the two forces started. The story focuses on soldiers on both sides as the UNDF lands in the top of the South Island and the UAE forces land in the bottom of the South.All Rights Reserved

This is the story I'm writing for NaNoWriMo 2015. The goal: 50,000 word RAW draft written entirely in the month of November. Unlike most of my stories, which I prefer to edit before posting, I'm actually going to post updates to this at the end of each day in chapter-sized chunks. The idea behind this story is that a terrorist attack in the near future causes the US to go hyper-isolationist, to the point that it abandons Hawaii and Alaska to fend for themselves. They do, forming the United Pacific States (maybe with a few other island countries). Hawaii then goes on to turn itself into the new world police with stealthy, genetically modified cyber-soldiers. I'm marking this story as mature because there will be action scenes, and probably some interesting perspectives on nudity and relationships. I'm not planning on anything explicit, but this won't be a kids book. Validated winner at 50,040 words!

Humanity is now facing extinction with their last millions while the Anthro civilization is over 2 Billion strong and counting. The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. With death seeming inevitable for human kind, can nothing stop humanity from extinction? Zero has just graduated from high school with good marks and a scholarship. His family wanted to celebrate, so they said they would wait for him. He went back to grab his wallet, and as he turned around, he started falling in a wormhole, closing afterwards.
