Damzel Hunt is a normal girl in a normal small town. She has big dreams and a little, but sometimes hard life and she just wants out. Her only escape is her dreamland (a perfect version of her small town, Scarlet, California). When a mysterious boy with emerald green eyes and his brother start showing up in her dreams, things change, slightly and she starts to have feelings for this mysterious boy, but she reminds herself that he's not real. The first day of school, she finds out differently. Her real life gets a little better with him and her dreamland is fine, too, until something happens that makes Damzel feel hate and rage (emotions she was never supposed to feel in her dreamland) and a dark figure promises to help her make things better. He helps for awhile, but then he wants to "help" more. He slowly tries to take control of her. Bit by bit, she becomes darker and she has very little control, but just enough to stop the darkness from consuming her. Eventually, she has to choose. Dark or Light? Which will she choose? As long as their getting closer to the sky, they don't care what they stand on to reach it. They don't know about the sparkling dreamer that's killed 7 people before her 17th birthday. They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. They don't know about the fighter of steel and iron sucking on his bloody lip courtesy of the wars he battles in as nothing but a shadow. They don't know about the masked villain who would do anything to see the army they lead claim the throne They don't know about us. But they will, because we will rise. Okay, so here's how it all began. Basically, teenagers have been vanishing across the country and no one has the foggiest idea what's going on (myself included). But at the end of the day I've got bigger things to worry about, such as the eternal hell that is the last day of high school and my psychopathic chemistry teacher. I've got enough going on in my life to be worrying about something I can't do anything about. Famous last words Nick. Suddenly I find myself being dragged into a world I apparently belong to and there's a war going on. The light and the dark are scrabbling for control and everything is hanging by a thread. And I'm stuck in the middle of it. So with the help of a few new friends, some new enemies, beasts, monsters and superpowered teenagers, I'm somehow going to navigate this mad new world and hopefully get out on the other side with all my limbs still intact. To Cayenne's shock, humans were not supposed to have such powers; she was the legend the website said, Infinity. Some of her friends were left and the Royal Dreamers came for the search party.
