Casey and her popular nation wide band The Heartbreakers are normal,  said no one ever... 

 At night they become vigilantes The Birds of Prey. However their a bit freestyle in the hero biz.  They could be saving a girl from muggers one minute, then stealing a priceless jem the next (but their good kids I swear) then off they go stop a crime, in a illegal sort of way. That's how these 14 year olds do things until Black Canary and Batman take notice and they are asked (more like black mailed) into joining "the Team".

 Little does Casey know her trouble will follow her anywhere, with new friends, old enemy's, and maybe a bit of romance thrown in. Will she Nightshade the "hero" survive her past,  will the Birds of Prey ever truly fit in with "the team".All Rights Reserved
