They were murderers and killers. Destroyers of houses.

And Evelyn had to face a whole academy of them, or risk the peace of the whole Jade.
The peace was in her hands.

Discovering a newer-and bigger-secret, her faith and views changed completely. Being a Chosen One, turns out, has not much meaning to it after all, while at the same time, meaning a whole lot of something else.
