This story is about a young girl named promise. Promise used to stay in North Carolina but moved to Atlanta,Georgia. Her and her family moved because they wanted to be in a new environment. Promise is 17 and is the only child.She never knew who her father was and her mom had just gotten married to and ex drug dealers who may still be in the trap game. Her mom was on crack and could never keep a single job she's an ex stripper who had gotten fired because of her drug addiction. Things get crazier and crazier throughout promises life.
