Beauty and the Devil

When Izabelle's father, Patrick Hayden, passes away suddenly, his daughter is left heartbroken and overburdened. With no remaining parental figure, it's now her job to care for and support her family, but that may be harder than it seems.

At twenty-one, all Belle wants is to finish college, but now that she needs to earn triple her current income just for her siblings to have what they need, finishing college may be impossible. When she finally finds a good paying job that just might make all their wishes come true, she finds something else along with it. A demon - in her house - with orders to take her straight to Hell.

Her father, it seemed, had made a deal with the Devil years ago to give his soul in exchange for a rose that would save his eldest daughter's life. She remembered that rose, remembered her father giving it to her while she laid in her hospital bed before her miraculous recovery. No one knew exactly what it was the young child had been sick with, but it seemed like there was no cure until she was given that red flower. She had treasured it, they all had, but now she cursed it just like she cursed the thing that brought it into her life. Lucifer. Her father should've just let her die.

Now she has a choice; save her father from an eternity in Hell and give her siblings a parent again rather than a struggling sister, or leave her father and return home to fail at giving her family the life they deserve. It's an easy decision really.
