In the shattered remains of old Valyria, a girl opens her eyes for the first time in four hundred years. With her, a dragon awakes. Relaera of the Most Ancient and Noble House Galarion has awoken from her four hundred year slumber to find her family, all she has ever known, in ashes around her. As she wanders the ruins of the once-glorious Freehold of Valyria, she finds a pale white egg which later hatches into a brilliant white-gold dragon, the symbol of her house. As Relaera waits for Lightbringer to grow large enough to fly with a human on her back, she forges a sword as she'd been taught centuries before by the last great swordsmith of Valyria, Lucerys Tessarion, the Starsmith, forger of the greatsword Dawn. *** Based partially off the series A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin and partially off the HBO TV series Game of Thrones. I know technically they are the same thing but the plotlines are rapidly diverging and I have to use season six material, plus I prefer Yara over Asha Greyjoy.All Rights Reserved
