Jenny is a girl who's parents disappeared and then were mysteriously reported as dead when she was a young girl. After moving in with the couple who adopted her all she ever wanted to do was get away, but in the middle of her college life far away from her home she finds 2 things. The first being that she has gained a disease that will eventually make her go blind and the doctors have no clue why. The second is that her parents left her something to take care of in this particular city they had supposedly never been to.
