Her near constant presence in their base seems to be a bother to the transformers, she can tell even if they do not say it out loud to her. The girl is not a fool. However, when they realize just how deep her pain truly was and how far she is willing to end it, Optimus is unwilling to give up on her. She does not understand his reasons, they slowly become clear. And when she finally runs in with Optimus's arch enemy, she finds herself eyeing off a certain decepticon leader in a way that she should not have. And she did not know why. As more cracks began to form, she fell through one of them, but was able to stop from falling all the way, she couldn't move because she knew she was going to fall, she was trapped. For her to be able to survive, she shut her system down as she was still trapped there. Over thousands of years, new life began to flourish and right above her, the Omega Lock was built by Alpha Trion.
