Niall, Liam, and Perrie are all part of a special government program where they are trained to be superheroes. For what? They don't know. But one thing they DO know, is something is brewing right under the Government's nose's, something is awakening. Something that was put to sleep years ago. Harry was supposed to be dead. Sure, when the Officials shot him, he thought his pitiful life was going to be done, over. But they had different ideas for him. Erased his memory, thrown into a white room with all these bugs underneath his skin, examining him and his thought process. Even though, they didn't learn much. The only thing Harry remembers is the name Louis.

Kelvin was so frightened that he couldn't help a scream escaping his mouth and that's how the beast noticed him. The run was long and torturous for Kelvin, for reasons he can't tell his body was heavy and difficult to move and the creature was getting closer with each passing seconds. They continued racing racing until Kelvin lost it, he halted to catch his breath but then he saw the same creature in his front with an evil smirk on its face showing his big fangs, his elongated nails were dripping with blood. Lucy doesn't want to go back to her parents house because of what had happened, so Niall offers to take her to his and his mothers apartment. There she meets Minerva, a girl that looks a lot like her, but in an older version. She also meets Niall's mother, who apparently hates her. Come along in this journey of theirs, where they will experience more bad than good. What is it about? The After Dark series tells the story of victim of bullying, abuse at home or in the street, and just abuse in general. At the beginning of this book, you start meeting all the characters and their background, and then the problems start. Leave comments and tell me what you like and what you dislike.
