Every year on Christmas Eve, the North Pole comes under attack by Jack Frost, an ex-elf banished to the South Pole, who wants to wreck Christmas for the whole world. Natalia Klaus, one of the few humans on the North Pole and Nick and Jessica Klaus's granddaughter, is one of the delivery pilots who carries on St. Nick's mission along with her best friend Maria. Upon a delivery run, she and Maria find a lone boy passed out in a field on Christmas Eve, whom they take back to the North Pole, who can't remember who he is. Jack Frost's attacks on the North Pole begin to increase: is it just that he wants revenge for banishment or does he want something else?

Elsa has just ended the eternal winter in Arendelle and has come back into ruling the kingdom. But when things have just felt like they had settled down, a new terror of darkness has threatened Arendelle and Elsa. The king of darkness and nightmares, Pitch and he wants Elsa all for himself. He threatens if he doesn't have her, he will send darkness over Arendelle and will send it into total chaos. Not knowing what to do, Elsa ask Manny (the man in the moon and her childhood friend) what she should do. He tells her to go to the North Pole, to speak to the guardians, that's when she meets Jack. At first Jack, is cold to Elsa for some strange reason, but when Pitch tries his many attempts to capture her, Jack is the first one there to keep her safe. Also the more nightmares Pitch puts in Elsa's head, the more she remembers about the time she froze Arendelle and the more she's losing control of her powers. Will they be able to save Arendelle and stop Pitch? Will Elsa get a hold of her powers again? Will Jack save Elsa or will she be taken...to the dark side?
