Every year on Christmas Eve, the North Pole comes under attack by Jack Frost, an ex-elf banished to the South Pole, who wants to wreck Christmas for the whole world. Natalia Klaus, one of the few humans on the North Pole and Nick and Jessica Klaus's granddaughter, is one of the delivery pilots who carries on St. Nick's mission along with her best friend Maria. Upon a delivery run, she and Maria find a lone boy passed out in a field on Christmas Eve, whom they take back to the North Pole, who can't remember who he is. Jack Frost's attacks on the North Pole begin to increase: is it just that he wants revenge for banishment or does he want something else?
