Reagan Bradshaw, a writer for the Los Angeles Times and helps her father at his recording studio, finds herself coming face to face with the world's cockiest pop star - Justin Bieber.

Right from the start Reagan know's she shouldn't get involved people like Justin.

Which is why when her father agrees to sign Justin to their record label, she's finds herself at a risk for falling for none other than Justin Bieber, known for parties, girls, and commitment issues.

Though, as time progresses, they begin to work out their differences and realize their true feelings.

The only problem? She don't like the lights.
