Sakura Haruno was adopted by Tsunade the day she was born. Tsunade has all rights to Sakura. Tsunade is very close to the Uchiha family. They are so close because they rely on each other in their jobs. Tsunade owns the hospitals in Konoha while the Uchiha's own the police departments in Konoha. What happens when the Uchiha's and Tsunade decide to unite with each other by arranging a marriage between their children. Since Sakura is Tsunade's only child she will marry Sasuke Uchiha, the Uchiha's second son.
(Sasuke is 18 while Sakura is 17, they are both graduated and Sasuke is already a cop due to the training he went through as a child. Sakura, on the other hand, is already a doctor due to the extra classes in school and Tsunade training her)
