When I was three years old, I was being abandoned in New York City at a hotel then the state took me, well that was they say to me.
I was in and out of foster care, never wanted to adopt me and finding out that my parents are dead until I bumped into someone.
My name is Jamie Carter and this is my story of searching of someone who's gonna love, accept, and adopt me.
