Book 3 of 3 in Winter's Promise series AKA Pacifica's hope series. The wedding is here and the only person that might possibly be more excited than Dipper and Pacifica would be the bridesmaid Mabel! After the wedding the honeymoon in tropical Bora Bora is bliss. As things wind down back to normal Dipper is warned by the Terrelians of a trans-dimensional disturbance. When a certain sadist we all know returns Dipper is banished to an alternate dimension where Gravity Falls has been discovered and pillaged by the government. The timeline & the world are altered by misuse of the journal. Gravity falls is on military lockdown. Dipper finds Pacifica does not know him much outside of his teen years. She is a hardened militant survivor who has gone underground in resistance.
