My lips formed into a smile at the sound of him laughing on the other line. He had the best kind of laugh. The kind that made you want to laugh, too. This was why he was one of my best friends, we were great at understanding how crazy we both were. "Done laughing, Dork?", I was smirking into the phone, waiting for his reply.
All of a sudden the phone was deathly quite, and I heard him suck in a breath. His breathing had turned shaky, and I could just imagine him running his hand through his hair with his eyes firmly shut. My body began to stiffen at the drastic change, my hand tightening on the phone as I waited for him to continue. He finally took in another deep breath, and I heard his silky voice drift towards me. I'm going to bed.' to dad which also mean I love you, 'See you later Lu, love you!' to Luana. Okay my good bye says I love them all. Now I can die in peace. Granddad I'll meet you soon in the heaven, if you are there. I was still in my deep thoughts until I saw his silhouette. As, he get closer, my heart begin to race faster.
