Hello my name's Rachel Ke, my power was deemed as dangerous by society, so they locked me up in a government facility. But trust me that's the only thing D and I have in common. For an instance I don't have a nickname. We are two very different people. But we need one another to survive. I gave her power and now it's time she return the favour.

Rachel thinks that power is all she needs to dominate the world. Until she starts receiving strange letters and hearing voices in her head. She starts to realise that something is not right.
