Sixteen year old Kyroth Perdyn, A normal boy from a small village Awakened during a vicious wolf attack. This caused him to gain magic, but at a cost. One year is all the young man had to get to the mysterious Serenity Academy. A school built to train and help those who had Awakened master the new powers they had. If they did not get there in a year the magic inside would kill them.
The Academy is unique, it has eight sections surrounding it each one terraformed by the element that was released upon it: Light, Fire, Lightning, Wind, Dark, Water, Ice, and Earth. The creatures and plants have been altered drastically to adapt to the magical elemental energy in the area.
Here Kyroth will find out what element he has been granted. Gaining friends and enemies alike as he tries to learn how to control his magic. A sinister plot that has been in the works for years will unfold around him, ripping the Academy into chaos. Will Kyroth be able to protect his new home and friends?
