Eighteen-year-old Reyna knows struggle like most teens never will. Living in the crumbling heart of a poverty-stricken neighborhood, she's spent her life shielding her younger siblings from the chaos of their home. Their mother, lost in a haze of apathy and addiction, has left Reyna to juggle school, work, and the aching burden of being the only adult in their lives. Every day, Reyna dreams of escaping to college, where she hopes to build a better future for her family-but the odds seem impossibly stacked against her. When Noah, her childhood best friend, reunites with her with dreams of his own, Reyna begins to feel something she's never known: a chance for real happiness. But just as she starts to let her guard down, she begins to feel things for Ethan, a new friend with his own scars, who sees the fierce resilience in her and encourages her to chase her dreams without compromise. As Reyna navigates the deepening connections with Noah and Ethan, her love life becomes a maze of passion, loyalty, and doubt. But when her mother's neglect spirals into a crisis that threatens to tear her siblings apart, Mia faces an impossible choice: stay and sacrifice her dreams to protect her family or risk everything to chase a future that might not be hers to claim. Torn between love, responsibility, and her own ambitions, Reyna must decide whether she can rise above her shattered world-or if the weight of it all will hold her down forever. Don't Save Her is a raw, emotional story of resilience, sacrifice, and the unyielding fight to soar, even when the world seems determined to clip your wings.
