Dabbles In Ink: Lord Of The Rings One-Shots

Title self explanatory. Some of these are AUs.

I am writing these for fun, but also because I want to become better in the art of creative writing. That being said, any constructive criticism is welcome and greatly appreciated!

Thranduil and his wife help their son, Legolas, come to terms with those he has lost after a battle.

When King Elessar receives a letter from Faramir, he must rush to the ocean in an attempt to wake the former Prince of Mirkwood from his Sea Longing.

After an unexpected spider attack goes ill, Thaladir must do everything in his waning power to get the king's son back to the stronghold alive. (The story of how my OC and Legolas became friends)

When Estel comes home to visit, Gilraen ponders the dangers her son faces.

A wood elf encounters Gollum.

11. Maybe They Had Won
A year after the desolation of Smaug, Legolas has a hard time believing the shadow has truly lifted from the forest.

12. In the Aftermath
Legolas must wait for aid in the aftermath of a battle.
