Y/N and Gladion were stuck in Hell. Well, I guess that's an exaggeration, but it was pretty damn accurate, considering how much they've been through in this so-called 'school'. With fights every week, and dangerous teachers, it was rather unlikely Y/N and Gladion would be able to change the school's ways.

Meaning that the story will change, since in the anime they only told us they went looking for Mohn. They never even said if they found him or not.
