Seraphina Heartwood was just a typical teenager attending at South Stafford High School. She had a quiet life; spent most of her time reading, skateboarding, listening to music, or drawing. Sera had a gift for drawing. She has angels and demon sketches inside of the old abandoned desk in the basement. But no one knows why. On the first day of school, in calculus, Seraphina was approached by a rather strange teenage boy named Gryphon. I know right; who names their child Gryphon? Once they greeting one another she has some mixed feelings about him. She wasn't used to people showing up in the middle of the school day specifically on the first day of school. Confirming his suspicions, Seraphina confronts him, inquires him what he is hiding. When the truth was uncloaked, Seraphina's life had spun not once, but twice around the clock!

Something is killing them, wings breaking, angels dieing and the kingdom falling into a dark shadow. The one born that started it all is unaware of what is coming right at her. Evil lurks in plain sight and goods trembles. This 5 year old has a lot coming at her. "She fluttered down to the ground, pulled her winds in and rolled up into a ball on the ground. Her eyes filled with water. Slowly a small drop came out at the end of her black eyes. Rolling down onto her cheekbone and upon her pale cheek. Dropping to her jaw and slowly on her chin. It quickly fell off into her lap. She was crouching now, her arms around her knees and knees tucked in. Tears started streaming down on her face.
