The Flash or Barry Allen is a man who works in a forensics lab in central city police department who looks up to a scientist and invented who goes by the name of Harrison Wells. Wells creates a particle accelerator and has been working on getting it running for a long time but it explodes and effects all of central city and turns people into meta humans or metas.
