The world as we know it has been divided into giant cities- there were four in all. The government had decided that this was best for everyone. To keep certain groups of people away from other for good.
In between these cities were streets of homes, those within called them the coves. It was almost a safe haven, but, the gaurds could still get to you.
The gaurds are those who have been chosen to find rebels and bring them back for a cleansing. A cleansing of the idea that one could be free from ruling.
Brooke Colette was considered a rebel, though she wouldn't ever call her self one. That is until Kota Blake found his way to her.
And he had Brooke breaking all kinds of rules and cultural norms.
