Fifteen year old Mark lived an easy life: He got average grades, he have tons of friends, and he owned more electronics than he could count. That is, until the new girl comes in. Alexandra Apple. No one's heard of her, no one knows her, and everything about her is a mystery. To Mark, it's like she appeared out of nowhere. To the school bullies - she's newbie food.
But apparently, they won't be getting Alexandra so easily. One fight leaves three of them on the ground, all with nothing but absolute pain. The odd part? They don't look hurt. There's no evidence of punching, hitting, or tackling anywhere. Mark and Alexandra meet up on a school project, and their relationship builds a lot. Soon, Alexandra feels Mark can be trusted, and she tells him a secret: She's a fairy. After breaking one of the fairies's most sacred laws, Alexandra ha her wings taken away and was banished to Earth. People begin to suspect something is up. When Alex gets herself in deeper trouble than she imagined, it's up to Mark to help her - but more fairies have come to Earth, and he has a feeling it won't be so easy...
