"Alice, the old you would of never snuck out. You would've sat in your room listening to music and reading. It's all because of that stupid Graduation letter and that dumb boy. " London pulls the wheel towards the left and takes a deep breath. 

"London, you only live once, you need to not only survive but have fun. I've realized that."  The words spill from my mouth but I know what she's getting at. I miss the old me sometimes, too. 

"It's like you don't even care about going to prison or not" she laughs and sighs. "I guess even colors are blind"

Alice Goods, she has fallen hard for the school's golden boy known as Jackson Luckus. His hazel eyes and dimples are only two of the things that draw her to him. They have a past of hatred, then devolved into frenemies, and than to friends. Every friendship ends, but there's diminishes un-knowingly. No matter how hard Alice tries, Jackson still won't budge. "Would you like to dance?" the boy asks me. I stare deep into his blue eyes, but I can't figure out who he is. He's tall with dark hair and the brightest blue eyes I've ever seen. I know everyone at this school, but with his features hidden behind his mask I can't tell who he is. "Sure, I would love to." Did I just say that? I agreed to dance with a random boy who I don't know. He takes my hand and leads me to the dance floor. We dance for a few songs and then he asks me, "Would you like to take a walk? I know the perfect place." I nod and he pulls me behind him off the dance floor. We leave the hotel and start walking down a little path. At the end of the path I notice a little fountain surrounded by candles. I wonder if he set this up. We walk over to the fountain and we sit down on the edge.
