The mineshaft had been owned by an unknown person who was a miner, so they must work together to find out who had been using the mineshaft years ago. And when they find out... they are in for a big surprise!

But things aren't always what they seem, and it's easy to get sidetracked when there's more than one villain. If you haven't read Life Hearts (book 1) or Evolved (book 2) go check them out. This will make a lot more sense once you've read those.
