I know what you might be thinking, "Oh neat, a story about Seattle." Mmmh not quite, this is a story about a city named Tillar, I know you've never heard of it, mainly because it doesn't exist, or at least not for us. If you've ever heard of of the city of Gotham than this is basically like that, sure it's a real thing, can you go there? No, not so much physically, but mentally sure. Except instead of Batman we have a troubled teenage girl named Rainy, luckily enough, she has some pretty amazing qualities too. She has been through a lot, and will go through a lot within this story, she'll meet some pretty cool people, and reconnect with some not so cool people. But it will all work out in the end... I hope.
