Having an enemy who is an annoying, cocky, self conceited jerk is always hard and stressful, but making the deal to be his fake girlfriend just makes it even harder.. Skylar Mathews grew up having Chase Andrews as her annoying next door neighbour. From the age of 4 they never really got along, but the fact that their mums Regina Andrews and Anna Mathews were both childhood bestfriends and spent every waking moment together they had no choice but to spend time together much to their disappointment.
